Add an API

Paste a link to an API's documentation. If it's an OpenAPI/Swagger spec, we parse it directly; otherwise we extract what we can from the page itself. The result becomes a real catalog entry — searchable in Explore, and, once it has known endpoints, testable in the Playground.
